What We’ve Been Up To

It seems as though we are long overdue for some Rylie pictures and updates here… Oops!

In May Steve ran the Half in the Fargo Marathon for the 3rd year. Luckily the weather held out so Rylie and I could go cheer him on!

We finally figured out how to entertain Rylie while we eat. She loves sitting in her high chair and giggling at us.

Another good use for the high chair is to Skype with Grandma and Grandpa!

Over Memorial weekend we drove to Park Rapids so we could bike the Heartland Trail. Steve’s training required him to bike 50 miles, but Rylie and I stuck to a slow and leisurely 12 mile ride from Park Rapids to Dorset and back.

On the way home, we stopped at the Pelican Lake Zorbaz for our first pizza and nachos of the summer! Yum!

Rylie’s really starting to become a mover! We’re in trouble when she starts to crawl and walk!

I went back to work last week, which was tough. Of course, Rylie’s just starting to get to the “fun” stage where her personality is coming through! I will sure cherish the time we do have together now. We’re lucky that she’s in such good hands during the day! Here she is (happy as usual!) before her first day of day care.

We bought a new (to us) car so that we could have room for Rylie and Baxter and all the stuff they require!

Rylie continues to charm us with her goofy personality.

She still enjoys bath time and loves to kick and splash. Can’t wait to get her into a pool!

Check out that wild hair!

Rylie and I took advantage of the beautiful weather tonight and did a little photo shoot. As you can see, Baxter loves his “little sister”. 🙂

You four (Baxter included) are keeping busy. Riley is so charming! That high chair looks super comfortable. Can’t wait until the day our little guy will sit still and not need to be held while we eat. 🙂

I am loving all of the pictures of sweet Rylie. She, to me, looks like a mini Shaggin Wagon. I’m so happy I was able to meet her last week and hope to see all of you again soon!
